We made it through another week! :)

I'm almost done with sophomore year. What?! It feels like we moved in just yesterday..

I'm actually kinda sad. It's very bittersweet this year. Anyway, I still have a whole week of exams, so no time to get emotional :)
I wasn't feeling very motivated to write a blog post (or do anything else) this week, probably because I've been studying so much :/
But I'm sure it'll pay off in the long run!

FriYAY Favorites (Birthday Edition!)

This weekend, I turn 20! That's so crazy! Anyway, I'm excited, because I love birthdays! They're just so fun and happy :) + birthday cake flavored anything is my absolute favorite! I'm going out for pizza with friends, and I honestly can't think of a better way to celebrate :)

Friday Favorites

Thank goodness it's Friday! Am I right?! This week felt forever long..but anyway, I am so excited it's April! This means there's only a month of school left, less than two weeks until my birthday, and warm weather is becoming an everyday thing! I still can't believe how fast March flew by! It was a crazy month, but a good month overall :)

I found a few really awesome things that I'd love to share with you!
And, as always, there are links to my weekly findings :)

1. Hamilton

I'd heard about the musical that was taking Broadway by storm, but I had no idea that it would become one of my very favorites. OHMYGOSH. After I listened to a few of the songs on the album, I was hooked. This album is always playing on my Spotify. It's almost embarrassing how often I sing these songs..they're just that good! My favorites include Helpless and Take A Break.

2. Salt to the Sea

I was going to give this book a post of its own, but I've never been one for book reports, so I thought I'd just share my thoughts here! Wow. This book focuses on a tragedy that I'd never heard of nor has most of the world, probably. The stories of four characters are interwoven to form a heartbreakingly beautiful tale of love and loss. It was shocking to find out that this was an actual event, with the death toll exceeding both the Titanic and Lusitania combined! Please go find and read this book! It's worth it. I promise.

3. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2

The first movie is a staple at my house, so when we heard they were making a second movie, we couldn't wait! It definitely lived up to its expectations (at least for me, even if the critics don't think so ;) This is a sequel like no other. I loved it so much! :)
